ok i got a ? if i have a 69" bow and i want to make a flemish string with a loop on each end. i measure out 69" subtract 3" and add 16 for my loops, 8" on each side. my string came out looking pretty good i think. if i put the loop on one end its short about 3", thats right, right? my ? is, it looks the right length but thats without twisting the string any. but shouald"nt i have to twist them? or leave untwisted. if i twist i no it gets shorter and that tightens the bow but i thought you wanted a tight twisted string to begin with not loose. hope this makes sence.
