nice! looks a lot like novaculite...all those pure colored glassy ones are a joy to work

Pete: You got her down pat! You should be killing deer with your own points next year or maybe this year. Are you using abo or copper or both? Your making some killer points :).

I started this spall into a biface with a moose billet. Switched to copper 1/2" for the final thinning and then a copper flaker. I'll get to ABO before it's over! I got a ways to go.......PD

Another nice'un. Seems like the prettier that Flint Ridge gets, the more aggravating it gets to knap.
