i was wondering if u guys could help me out some more here with what might be a stupid question not for sure lol i have always seen were u could buy right and left wing feathers i am going to try to make me some arrows and was wondering if u guys could tell me what is the differences of using a right wing feather from using a left wing feather

I can't tell any difference myself, I use both. Just don't use both on the same arrow or it will flit around like a drunken bat.
The only difference is the direction that they spin the arrow-one will spin it clockwise and the other counter-clockwise. I don't care which way it spins as long as it goes where I point it.

Yeah, only use right or left wing on one arrow.

Hope you don't mind me adding another queston Joe, but if anyone uses die cutters, do they buy both left and right wing oriented cutters or do they just get one and only use that type of feather? Do most of you just do it by hand?

I would think that a cutter should do either. I use scissors.

Also keep in mind if you use a fletching jig that some are only right or left like the Bitzenbergers. You'll figure it as soon as you try to put the wrong feather in the clamp
I now shoot both right and left and don't notice any difference in flight. As said, don't mix R and L on the same arrow.

I have feather cutters. All you have to do is turn the arrow over.

i learned the hard way as to keeping the same wing feathers on my arrows, couldnt shoot straight till found it out on here that ya gotta have the same wing feathers! so now most of my arrows fly well
