Pair of Stone Knives

here are a pair of blades barry mccall knapped for me.  i hafted the to deer leg bone with pitch and sinew.  enjoy!

Tiller, That is Cry-a Lot. Tough stuff.  Thats why they use large dogwood billets and hammer stones.

What I would not do to have some points arrow points and a knife made from that stuff. James told me he shot something like 16 deer with one of those arrow points and never had to sharpen the point but had to replace the shafts a few times.

Nice work, Chris. David, yep, it's hard to beat rhyolite for tools that you're actually going to use.

Great blades,and good job mounting them,I have a friend that is going to make me one out of that stuff[Hint Hint] I have heard it was tough. ;) ;D
