I have an old leather jacket that ive had for over 20 years. I pulled it out the box yesterday and the leather has gone brittle and dry. The collar has cracked and will need work. How do I go about getting it soft again?

If you need to clean it saddle soap works well. For rejuvenation, neatsfoot oil for penetration and I use Montana Pitch Blend(mink oil, bees wax and pine pitch) on all the leather projects I make.
