Looking for Tim Mullin of Idaho

I was recently gifted with some extraordinary chokecherry and stone arrows made by Tim Mullin.

I was given the arrows in a very unfortunate circumstance and further contact with the giver is more than a little uncomfortable, so I am hoping someone knows of him or that he checks in here because I would like to ask him about them as well as tell him thank you for his workmanship.

Can anyone help a brother out with a little information?
