Pauly is the true definition of a craftsman. He can literally make a nice bow out of anything with nearly any flaw(s). I've seen it dozens of times over the years. All you have to do is look at his riser/grip build up and its quite obvious.

Beautiful bow going with the flow of the stave making these self bows.
It does'nt take much natural deflex to relieve the inner limbs.
