scp, I don't think I'll reflex the tips just because I don't want to risk it with my first usable bow! It shoots nice, not as fast as my old bear laminated bow but much quieter so I am very pleased with that. It is also humid as all get out right now so I hope to seal up the bow once I can get it to a dry basement. I really appreciate everyone's help here!

Let that puppy rest indoors with the a/c on for a couple days before sealing it and you should be golden.... nice work on a troublesome stave
