I was given some tamales and I like them. But after eating them for a while, I decided to try something with some of them. So, I melted some pepperjack cheese on some unshucked tamales. I did this to get the cheese to stick to them. Then I chilled them in the freezer to help them stay together better. Then it is a matter of battering them and deep frying them. I seasoned my batter with just salt and fresh ground pepper. I like them, cheesy finger food. Jerry
