Serving tool in a pinch
« on: March 10, 2019, 04:16:10 am »
Miss placed my home made coat hanger style bobbin tool,so this had to do.im not sure if it would be useful for endless loop or Flemish twist?I make my strings unsual that they are a rope with spliced in loops.i use 40lb ice fishing line for this because it's very cheap!
Some like motorboats,I like kayaks, some like guns,I like bows, but not the wheelie type.

Time change must be affecting my persepective!  Don't see how you get the thread off the spool.  It shouldn't be too hard to put another coat hanger tool together, unless of course, you don't have another coat hanger and bolt! >:D (lol).  How much of a splicing area do you use?  Also, as soon as you make a new spindle, you will find the old one!
