Decided against notching for this one. Leads to most of my failures. Also is this is more of a dart point than an arrowhead right?

I would put that on the end of an arrow and get some red on it. It sure looks like "it will cut". Nice job.

I’m not old enough yet! Only 15 so hunting is still illegal.

Nice point! How old do you have to be to hunt there? Small game one big game? Practice a lot, both shooting and knapping! Keep improving your work!

Well, from what I know, gun possession is at 21 so I’m just going to play it safe for now. That and the environments still kinda messed up here so I’ll wait until it gets better. I’ll keep working on it.

Check with your local law enforcement, they should be able to tell you. Bow hunting may well be much younger. You may be able to do a "Google" search, as well! Also, there may be different laws for the indigenous peoples.

Nice knapping. Thanks for posting. That one is a little too big for most arrows, but it would work well an an atlatl dart or spear.

Nice, sharp looking point. If nothing else, now might be a good time to check into a Hunter's Safety Class. A very good way to meet like minded people.
