Thank you, my eye said it was ok, but I wanted a second opinion.
Yes it is hackberry, I made a correction on the top limb because there was a natural jog 8” or so from the fade that would cause that limb to be deflexed. I followed Hoosiers advice and went a little past straight with it and matched the other limb which gave it about 1” or so of reflex. All the reflex pulled out exercising it on the tiller tree and it hasn’t moved since. I sincerely hope it doesn’t take any string follow or change tiller too much after properly shooting in. I’ll try to get the overlays on tonight, that’s virgin territory for me so I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed on it.
