Haha Dana, but only after I took all his eggs  ::) Thanks for the compliments guys. I got the fur as scraps from a local furrier, so not sure what the fur is on the open sided quiver.  The fur on the small tube quiver is the face of (I think) a weasel.  The bag of scraps also included a bunch of seal fur that I use for rests and strike plates, and strips of muskrat and mink perfect for silencers.

sailordad it may well be your neighbour's cat lol, but it's definately not rabbit.  the tips of the ears are visible just on either side of the dark patches on the head.  anyways, I have a bag of those little faces in varying colours, I'll have to see if I can recognize anything in them.  Thanks for all the kind words everyone.

Thanks PK and rich.  My work is more "rough assembly" than the fine craftsmanship shown by so many people on this site.  I just love makin stuff though, tool marks, loose stitching and all lol.

The bark is pretty flexible, but I imagine sitting or falling on it would do some damage.  But given the quickness which with they can be made, and the availability of the materials I don't worry about it too much.  Mostly I make em for fun and target shooting.
