Nice work! Hopefully, I make some progress on the bow, and can get ready to make some chips! Just a bit too cold to spend a lot of time in the garage, even with a heater going, supposed to get a warm spell, though!

Nice ones, Steve. I did the same thing until my fingers got too cold. Send some heat up this way.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

Nice points Steve. Question, will 38 degrees eliminate some of your invasive species, like python and some of your other reptiles, lizards. Just curious? 0 degrees here yesterday morning and gonna be colder for tomorrow and a nice brisk wind and ya sideways snow tonight
Could be worse, hurricanes and flooding. Bob

It won't make a dent Bob. We usually get a couple few nights of weather like this but it still warms back up during the day to 60 degrees, or so. It'll be back near 80 in no time.
The sun is still strong enough to warm them up in the day, I suppose...

Bob, the University of North Carolina did a study on pythons a couple of years ago and came to the conclusion they were adapting quite well. By hibernating in dry culverts and under houses with heat they think you will see them as far north as North Carolina in 10 years.
We also have coyotes living under houses in the middle of the town I live in.
