Old Bullet Mold
« on: December 24, 2017, 01:32:38 pm »
I picked this up in an Antique Store last week. I've been google searching it and everything I've found says pre Civil War or Revolutionary War,,,or reproduction . It has a stamp in the metal next to the shrew cutter that looks like "031" with the 3 stamped backwards. If someone knows more about it please enlighten me.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

Post it on the ALR site, they will tell you what you have. It looks like a modern bag mold to me.

Thanks, Eric. The black paint had me leaning towards modern, also.

Typically, if they have a sprue cutter they are modern.
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.
