Anyways I got an issue.

Two pics on of long string being pulled to 45 lbs need some tiller advice and the other the kickoff the occurred whilst the stave was drying and I steamed out.......well it's back didn't let it dry in that position long enough?

Have another go at straightening it, over-bend it a little so when it relaxes it relaxes to being straight. Straightening some woods has to happen over a series of sessions, sometimes you might have to tweak it 5 or 6 times.  Some staves just refuse to stay straight no matter what you do. Cant remember if you used steam or dry heat, but whichever you used last time, try using the other - you often need to use dry heat to make a steam bend permanent.  Also, you can both straighten and temper bow at the same time with dry heat

Yay!i can post pics again(wife got a new phone).digging in now that the weather is warmer.swamp thing,this is how I do straightening.2 x6 screwed in a right angle,a wet cloth to prevent scorching on the back and heat for a couple mins at the trouble spot and allow to cool.works wonders on most woods,quick and easy!

Could you elaborate a tad more and maybe dumb it down 

Make sure you keep it plenty thick in the handle area and don't have it bending to close to the handle or it might break in the handle because of its narrowness.

Okay just wanting to make sure I understood correctly

Family all went out for most of the day, leaving the kitchen unguarded for the afternoon. Four hours later I'd managed to steam out about half an inch of the left-right curve in the one limb. Its still not straight (laurel is unbelievably difficult to heat-treat) the curve is now less than a half inch out and back but the string now runs through the centre of the handle and is all inside the limb. I'm not entirely happy but I'm pretty sure its as good as I can get it
