Well someone's go to be first so here are my pics of MoJam.They don't do the event justice, but here goes.
From close to the top side seeing maybe half the campers there I suppose.I'm still with photobucket for some reason so they might not hang around long....Ha Ha.

Trader from accross the way.

Had a teepee he made with bamboo poles.Kinda unique.

More traders

The high rent district with Jon W's tent next door to the right.

Scott and Aaron's digs' to the left.Quite the nifty craftsmen there.

The noking point.Got some Duco and fletch tite there.

Our campsite. Some 20 year old hedge staves in front of my teardrop.took one home anyway.

bow making pavillion with Patricks portable tillering tree doing it's work.

The zombies were out.Had to hit them in the head though. The water jug shoot & the clout shoot was a blast too.

I'm sure Daves'[DVshunter] got a bundle more pics to show too of Mo Jam with more people in it.

We did our best to stay near a fan and under shade. Had a great time catching up with old friends and makin new friends. Tye dye was the color of the week.

I was able to get some rock work in while hangin out with Aaron and anyone else that found our shade.

Larry wanted the tiller checked on his bendy handle, sinew backed shorty, while Aaron chats about scrapers with customers.

That's all I got. Have to wait for Mike and Dave to post.  8)

Seems that ol' bugger is always misplacing something, eh' Clint?

Thanks for the pics Ed and Scoot.

Great pics Ed! I'm still unpacking and trying to figure out how I can find room for all the new stuff I got. I'm hoping photo bucket and I can figure out this picture thing. I took a bunch if em for you northern guys. Next year is the twentieth Anniversary of mojam. It would be special if you guys could make it. It's stays cool under the pavilion.

Here we have pulling into the grounds on Monday. It was nice to see pat and Eric already there. You can't start the fun to early in my opinion. Greg and Gail already had their camper parked and ready to go to. Also the bandage and sander were already out and waiting too.

We even had a flyer for a special day on Saturday.

I didn't get many more pics from Monday. Sorry, but Tuesday started with Neil giving me a ride up river and dropping me off for a little water time. Here is the sunrise at Missouri river access in Waverly. Very pretty and very bright.

Here is a large sandbar now that the river is so low.

Later that day we had a big crowd start to show up.
Kent and Shane each with their short bow staves. They passed the time making bows before the crowds got there.

And here is Wyatt and Marley working in things.

With friends like mine ....... on Wed took small plain-jane white/red cooler down to pavilion.

It was filled with COLD bottles of water to share with whomever was in need.

No good deed goes unpunished ... cooler comes up missing!
Figured someone mistakenly hauled mine back to their campsite, instead of their own. But couldn't find an orphaned cooler. That should have been hint!
No big deal .. cheap cooler and lotsa more fun things going on.

Fast forward to Sat night's auction.
Before auction begins, Keith (auctioneer) announces to all gathered that there will be a "special" auction done first. Marley (Dave's daughter) prances out with this gaudy lil cooler in hand!
Bidding commenced. $5, $10, (I still was not comprehending), $50, $100. $100!!

Now understand what happened to my cooler!!!
$250, $500. Bids kept coming! $1000. I had to have my cooler back. $1200 bid escaped my lips. APPLAUSE!!
I HAVE COOLER BACK and it's no longer plain-jane! Pink and red with rows of shiny rhinestones! Also have record bid at MoJam auction.

Lucky to have some cool cool friends!

... alone in distant woods or fields, in unpretending sproutlands or pastures tracked by rabbits, even in a bleak and, to most, cheerless day .... .  I suppose that this value, in my case, is equivalent to what others get by churchgoing & prayer.  Hank Thoreau, 1857
