LOL I guess my previous reply got hacked by a super power.
Any way nice thin point BJ. Try using a coarse sand paper (sanding belt)
to stiffen your edges before strikes.  May help. It works for me.

Thanks Zuma. I'm have a real coarse broken grinding stone I use. I have to constantly remind myself to prepare a strong platform with this stuff especially where it seems to have crushy areas in it. My percussion is getting pretty good, pressure so so notching still needs help. But at least I'm not breaking half the ones I'm notching anymore. That was a real discouraging phase.
