Pyramid design on a reflex/deflex limb
« on: November 14, 2016, 04:11:45 pm »
Hi guys.

I was wondering for a while about this- Is there a problem in making a pyramid design on a reflex/deflex limb?
I mean a width taper without thickness taper, and by R/D I mean a nice gracefull curve all the way from fades to tips
(not just reflexed tips).
Can it cause any issuse? Stablilty problems? loss of performence?
I usualy see R/D bow with parallel limbs... can`t remember a pyramid R/D.... is there a reason it`s not so common?
And, if there`s n problem with this design, what tiller should I aim for? circular?

Lot of "if"s..... I`ll be thankful for answers...

Thanks
Dor
