I thought I'd try a recipe I saw in the newest backwoodsman Magazine tonite since I had a couple of rabbits in the freezer. It sounded good , with cabbage, onion fried with bacon, mushrooms and garlic along with a cup of Jager and two tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar. Let you know how it tastes, be ready in 25 minutes.

Smells good. :P :)

And,,, It was delicious!  ;D Served over a bed of steaming rice.  You can barely taste the Jager, just a hint of it in the Veggies. You only use a half a cup.

Bunny rabbit sounds good!  Got a try rabbit, we ate it growing up but have gotten away from it as a adult. Fifty years has made forget what it tastes like.

That looks good.  Minus the Jager  :D   We raise rabbits for the kids to show in 4H and they do very well with them.  We end up letting them go after they show them.  I just can't bring myself to kill a rabbit that we've raised from a baby.  I might have a change of heart next year after seeing your pictures.
