This is kinda what I'm leaning towards for my contribution. Blanks are cherry, box elder, and maple burl. Any objections?

Dang- that box elder looks great!

Really nice vest uew, doesn't look like anything lazy about it lol.
Scott those bowls look great. I was just thinking the other day these book elders are like weeds for trees but they probably got some cool burls to make just such items.

Its finished! Nearly all "Whites" have been onto this leather. I couldn`t get that beads anymore which I had in my board. There are a few differnet "whites". My research gave that the Natives even used different colourshades (correct words? Sorry ´` m a Kraut!  ;D). Now I`ll have to go to the postoffice and look what they tell me to write down for the customs, item, value of the contents etc. and finally what they charge me. Anybody any idea because of the US customs?
I hope the Christmas Trade partner will like it.
Regards
Uwe
uwe....I've only sent a couple of items to england but I bet  they'll charge you at least $50.00 U.S, currency for sending your vest.

By the way, the postoffice charge was 37 Euros, not too expensive. Its insured for a good price if it gets lost. But thats what I do not hope!
