I'm not up on the definitions of the classes but I take it that the Primitive Complex Composite class would be the correct one to enter a Turkish hornbow into?

Yes, a Turkish type horn bow fits in complex composite, but if shot with a siper overdraw and thumb ring, then it can be shot as a "Turkish".

Self: bow limb made from single piece or billets spliced at the handle.  Tip overlays less than 2" long are allowed.

Simple Composite: Simple backed bows, or sinew backed self bow fits here. Limb construction is no more than two laminations.

Complex Composite:  Any combinations of natural materials. No metal or metal fasteners allowed however. Non-mechanical releases okay as long as made from natural materials and/or metal (no plastics). Metal is only allowed for the release device and arrow points.

Turkish: Must be shot with a thumb ring and siper overdraw.

can anyone link to a resource that defines the rules for all the divisions?

thanks

Are the bow weight classes standard at 28" for both men and women?  Are the bows weights measured officially just prior to the actual shoot on a scale by judges bringing the out to that draw?

Am I reading it right that for the primitive class bow a modern glass arrow could be used with mandatory manufactured broadheads for the class?

Parnell, all of the primitive bow classes have to shoot wood arrows with natural material fletches. The broadheads for the primitive classes are home made types. The shortest arrow allowed is 22" no limit to how long. We measure the bow weight at the point the archers longest arrow either draws off the shelf in the case of the flight bow or to the back of the bow where the broadhead hits the bow.

The arrow must be made using natural materials.  For example, wood or bamboo.

For primitive broadhead, there isn't a restriction on arrow dimensions, so this defaults to a minimum 14" length for hand shot bows.  A short arrow is a disadvantage in this case, so we never run into an issue with this.  The broadhead "may be made from metallic or other effective natural material."  So this means a commercial metal broadhead would be alllowed as long as it meets the minimum requirements of: "...must not pass through a 7/8" ring and must have at least two cutting edges not less than 3/4" in length."
