Arrows for Abbie
« on: April 26, 2016, 11:06:31 am »
This is my mini bow for Marshal. It's muskrat rawhide backed ash. I made it from good limb off my broken ash bow. I call it Abbie-Normal. Last night I made some arrows for Abbie. Forsythia shafts, copper wire hammered into shape, turkey fletching. These things are a blast to shoot and fun to make.

These are Forsythia main shafts with ash fore shafts. Points I knapped pine sap and charcoal deer sinew with turkey fletch spiral deer sinew wrapped.
