Hang in there for all you are worth.  But don't push it until it hurts.  Remember, bowmaking is not a race but rather a path.

Will keep you in mind, brother.
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.

JoachimM  my dad was in your land in 1944. He landed on Normandy Beach on D day. It was there he had his Belgium waffle . The women there brought
them out after they rousted the Nazi's . He was a tank commander.

I was a heavy mechanic for 35 years. Dropping a welding hood and 16 pound hammer destroyed nerves.
The Trigeminal is bad nerve pains from brain stem. I spent about 20 minutes on a bow just this morning
and had to quit. Can't look down or up for very long any more.

I stretched myself today. 68 outside so I got a small HHB stave I started a couple years ago and shaped it .
Rasp and scraper. About an hour and a half and had to stop. It felt so good to make shavings.

Yes we owe you folks a lot for WWII! Thanks for that. How's the Hhb going? Easy does it too. I rarely get to spend more than 30 min a day if any working on bows. Hope you're feeling better.
