Thanks, guys, good advice.  A guy I met on the plane (business trip) told me to practice with a really light bow at first just to get my form down really good so the anchor point it automatic and release is really clean.  I might use my wife's little locust bow and do that- 25 #!

when your focusing on the mechanics of the shot , watching anchor point arrow and so forth its hard to hit target , when you focus on the spot to hit and let mind and body do the rest with practice you will start hitting
