I need to tweak the horns shape a bit. It will have more of a tear drop look when I'm done. It feels great and I doubt it will slip around.

Decision time! 



This little dream boat has the earmarks of being a speedy little devil and made for perforating your local whitetail. While the peaches and cream appearance of this streaky Osage is gonna stand out with a coat of sealer on it, it might be a better hunting bow with a high end set of skins breaking up the outline. I need your vote to help make the decision.

Being as I take my voting responsibility VERY SERIOUSLY and feel that is incumbent upon the voter to thoroughly research the options set before him prior to making a commitment to one idea or another,    8) >:D ;D ;)  I'll need you to send me the bow to examine it VERY carefully prior to rendering such a decision.  I promise to have it back to you by the second Tuesday of next November.  8) 8) 8)

Things are looking good, Guys. Lots of nice bow starts here.
 I got "Skinny Mimi" to brace height just fine. Then I flipped the tips, added black horn overlays braced it and  :o  each tip went a different direction so I quickly unbraced her and I'll let my brain digest the situation before continuing.

Narrow limb bows don't like high string tension and that is what happened when you flipped the tips.  String tracking has to be near perfect for that to work.

Run a kerf then insert bone or horn into the kerf to add stability. You can do the same thing if you put plates on either side but kerfs look kooler. 8)
