yew often cracks across knots, and as long as they're solid they are fine. I always super glue knots too. I wouldn't worry about the one near the tip either

Sometimes you'll get a small pinch (compression fracture) running away from a pin or knot on the belly. It's not a problem unless it shows signs of growing right round the side or right across the entire bow. Worst case is it can be patched.
I once had an old bow crack right across the belly while I was straightening/heat treating it. The crack went at least 1/3 of the way through the bow. It still held full draw as the forces where closing up the crack

! I patched it and it was fine.
