my messages are 92% full,how do i save my contacts and clear all?

subject says it all.how do I delete all the messages and keep the contacts?

I'm not sure if you can save the contacts.  I have a document file where I copy and past any important PM's that I want to keep.  After I copy them I delete them.

YOU COULD ADD "CONTACTS" want to save to buddy list.
