takedown sleeve options
« on: February 17, 2015, 12:00:00 am »
I have some osage only good for billets and some hickory as well. Never made a takedown figured its time to change that.  So looking at 50#@28 is there a size I should look to make my sleeves. I looked at 3rivers and im not sayin the price aint fair, I am sayin I dont want to pay $50 for two bits of metal. Any advice?

Carson Brown, (CMB). he has a website called echoarchery. It should be easy to google. That's where I get my sleeves as well.

Don't worry, by the time you get those bad boys on your bow and fitted together the money you spent on them will be the last thing you're fretting about. I said a lot of four letter words.  >:D (that's not a reflection on the quality of the sleeves, just the hassle of the process.)
