For an appetizer today, the Woodcock Breasts are destined for the grill wrapped in peppered Bacon and cooked to a nice med rare - one of My favorites. If You've never has Woodcock, it's a darkmeat and has a Chicken Heart type flavor - I love 'Em. Bob
