I talk to myself for sure, but its those quite moments when everything is still (inside my head and out) that I really nail a tiller.  Sometimes the most important thing seems to be getting myself out of my own way.

I do that a lot when I'm doing the final tillering.  It's always the same tune "easy now, just use the scraper NOT THE RASP."  It's like a battle of wills between the cautious me and the impatient me.  I'm not sure which me does the loud cursing when I screw it up.  >:(
