Nice bow. :) love the hooks. Chris I have had lots of wood do that when the bark
was left on,especially saplings,I always figured the bark and sap wood was drying faster than the core/belly wood ,sorta of like sinew and draws it into reflex. :-\ :)
Don't know but unless it is out of control re flexing I like it when it does.  ;) :)

Sweet to see this puppy posted up Bryce....but I want to see the real full draw.  I want to see those hooks unwinding out to 29" .  Shoot, Wyldynne has more crack showing than he does length drawing there.   ;D  Gabe you will have to indulge us.  I have to see that girl working!

Pappy, Chris is referring to yew drying into Deflex.  Odd since most woods dry into reflex.

Nice hooks but I wonder if they have gone beyond usefulness to dead weight, not trying to start anything, just thinking about the benefits of a recurve

Yeah, but if you saw 'em off the string won't stay on ::)  ;)
I s'pose the question is... at full draw does the string fully lift off?
