Old mans quiver
« on: June 26, 2014, 11:30:38 am »
So my grandpa had passed away a few years ago and Kinda hit me hard he taught me all about archery and hunting it was something me an him did. Well I was cleaning out something's and kinda fell right into the feeling again. I found his quiver that he had from when he was my age. Don't know if this is in the right category but I thought I'd share it.  God I miss him. It's a reminder... Life's too short not to enjoy the hunt.

I plan on building another one something I can use to and also remember him.
i need nothing but my old bow and arrows.

You forgot the pics.

That's a part of passing on the tradition. There has to be guys like you who are willing recipients. It's great that your Grandfather passed the tradition on to you and it's equally great that you realized it's significance. I suspect you will honor your Grandfather's memory even further someday as you pass these traditions on to the next generation.
