Now yuall', go back and read my post, "the cracks filed out, no need for underlays". You guys seem to be hung up on the underlay thing and proclaim no such things exist in a properly made bow. Look at a Grumly with brush nocks, sure enough, an underlay has been added down the belly to form the brush nock. If I added anything, it would add to the aesthetics of the bow, not some crudely applied patch standing out to offend. This ain't my first rodeo as far as bow making is concerned.
