Pappy that design as well as the tiller shape you are getting does produce extremely fast bows. Once you finish you should have a local flight shoot on your property and kick all the young guys butts! Like Will for instance LOL>

Thanks Steve,it seems to be fast at 25 inches, not sure how much more I can get the
curves to bend with just another inch, they are bending but aren't going to flatten as some have said they need to. :-\ It is about 1/2 inch behind the handle after lots of shooting and staying braced for a couple of hours, then back to 1 1/2 after a very short rest. I think I am just going to take a few scrapes to reduce the weight a couple more pounds it is 53@25[little heavy for what I want] and call it good.I am shooting for high 40's to 50 @26. I have a knot in one of the curves and have been trying to keep them even and so far have ,it just don't want to move much through the knot and I am not sure I want it to. ;) :) I'm with you Matt, reminds me to much of ERC, I know it's not but it reminds me of it. ??? I have some really bad and exciting experience's wit ERC.

Looking good pappy. I wouldn't worry about getting the limbs to flatten out. If its not taking set and shooting fast you are good to go. I have had bows loose reflex if that area bends to much. Cant wait to see it all finished.

I agree with Jesse, don't worry about the bends straightening out, you have quite a bit of deflex in the handle and should easily make up for that.

That's my plan then,a few scrapes and another inch or so and call it good, shoot the crap out of it and then if all goes good, doll it up a bit. :) Thanks for all the input. Much appreciated. ;) :)

Well I think I about have it, I may take a few more scraps to reduce the weight a couple more pounds but other than that I think it is ready for dolling up,let me know what yall think.  1st picture is the shelf I added,Goff T,seems to work great.
2nd is at brace,3rd is un braced 4th is at 25 inch draw and last is at 26 inch draw.
It is 53@26 ,maybe a little much for me, very fast and very smooth,no shock, just want to scrap the right place so if it needs anything it's now or never. ??? Advice please. ;) :)

If you want to shave off a few more pounds, I would scrape the two areas I have circled. Looking nice, Pappy.
