I have a buddy who makes cigar box ukes he also sells kits to cigar box ukes. Mainland ukes. Pretty cool Bubby! dp

One thing you could do on you next one that I have wanted to try is just fret the cowboy cords. The fist five. Everything else bare. If you needed held figuring spacing just give me a shout. I miss luthiery sometimes.

I like it. I've made one before too, i don't even know how to play guitar but it seemed like a fun project...it was.

I've collected all the parts to make one but still aint started yet... My honey got me a chrome bedpan(yes un-used Jdub)
..tryin to figure out a good resonater for it, maybe a pie tin??

koan go on youtube and do a search if you want to build a cone I think you want it more rounded thru the bottom, for $15 you can get a nice pickup at c b gitty online, find an old amp at a yard sale and your set, bed pan guitar sounds pretty bad a$$ to me

Unfortunately i didn't get to smoke them JW
Mine is fretted with inlayed finish nails. I've been meaning to make a nice antler bridge instead of the piece of dowel that is there now, i better get on it.
