Here is a Ibex hunt. Spanish-Levantine style from Eastern Spain. The Mesolithic rock painting is from 10,000 to 5,000 years old. Note the flipped tips.

Seems like flipped tips were common of Levantine style of that time; there are other pics showing them, too.
