I need to take an osage stave I have that is annoyingly straight and perfect. I need to reflex the handle to make a 5 curve. So whats the best way to reflex the thickest part of the bow?

How thick would you get it first? Final handle dimensions?

You can do it with a heat gun, depending on the amount you want.  Steam it if you are going with a severe bend, but a heat gun if used slow and easy will get 'er done.

If its too deep of a handle you may struggle to bend it with anything. What are the dimensions?
