If you mean a bicycle...this is how I carry my bow. My son borrowed the bike to get in shape for his elk hunt. But here is the bike carrier for over the back wheel with a "saddle" I made that my bow fits into. The bow extends between my legs so I can pedal the bike.

The pvc idea is good ,,but i think you could find enough strap points to run the tube alongside the bike front to back and stick the bow in it,you could put your leg right over the tube.
And thanks for the invite another hunt maybe...
