Ed, the latest issue out is Vol. 21, Issue 4, Aug/Sept 2013.
The cover painting is a quilled medicine bag with a bear paw flap and a bison horn spoon hanging next to it.

Ok again.Which is the latest issue of the PA magazine?I have one that is volume 21 issue 5.Am I behind again with this?

I have issue 6 in E-mag format, but I can't say if the hard copies have been sent out yet. The e-mag is always released a bit before the hard copies.
