posting pics to a pm

How do you post pics in a pm? It is not set up like a reply or new topic in the forums. (Attachments & other options) is not displayed under the subject box. The insert image tab below the bold tab is there, but I don't know how it is used or if it is even for attachments.  Thanks!!

You will have to cut and paste from a site like Photobucket.
