Check this thing out.  It can tell you what something is made of and it looks cool doing it.  The perfect nerd...uh,  flintknapper gadget!!   ;D ;D ;D

Can't find the sticker price but I saw a reference to $3000-$4000 for servicing it.  Tune-up, I guess.
