Nope. I don't believe we have any Relatives up there. This was at the creek behind my parents house. We live a little NW of Florence in the Central Heights Community.. It was mostly Aunts Uncles and Cousins and a few church friends. We have a big family and since all the cousins are mostly married now our cookouts have gotten much bigger.


Did this once with a friend, the back strap from that pig is my all time favorite piece of meat.
 

I think my favorite piece of meat from this pig was underneath the shoulder. I'm not sure what that cut would be called but it was dark meat and SOOO full of flavor.
