I just looked through all these posts and pictures, Beadman.  Thanks for posting them up and sharing them.  I'm enjoying looking at all the things you've accomplished.  Beautiful work.

very nice work there.
I see a theme design pattern on all those pieces. really nice work.
when i'm working on things my ancestors worked, singing the songs my ancestors sang, dancing the same dances, speaking the same language, only then  I feel connected to the land, THIS land, where my ancestors walked for thousands of years...

Thanks fellas....Your right richardzane and very observant of you. It's the 4 winds design I toyed with making up myself. That's what is really cool about this part of reenactments is that you can put your own version on.I mostly liked the Siouxs' way of geometric designs[the sioux lazy stitch & the cheyenne stitch] which lent itself easier for beadwork as opposed to the eastern floral designs which takes a different type of stitch[a running in line stitch].Both are stunning IMO.If done right beadwork will look like moss growing on a log.
