Is Dave's boy bringing his crossbow?

From left to right: Hackberry, black locust, and four osage bows.  Ain't none of 'em a plain jane stave, every one has a good bit of character!  All would be a bit of a challenge for a journeyman bowyer.  But thanks to Hank's guiding hands, they got good shooters, every last one!

glued on some handle leather this morning and checked over the limbs one last time.  All six were successful.  With 20+ inches of snow earlier in the week, we weren't able to shoot outside, but thanks to the Outdoor Campus facility, we shot inside.  What a rewarding day.  Thanks class for hangin in there even after the sapwood.

So this is how you mass produce bows. Kinda like a bow factory. Great looking bows. Now get them on this forum so they can learn more and then make more! BD

You should be locked away for infecting so many people with primitive bowyery madness. No turning back for them now.
Excellent work :)
