Man, even your plain bows (if you can call them that) have an artistic touch.  You certainly have a nack for making your work stand out.  Nice job and great tiller.

I wouldn't worry about a little bit of set. It's actually a good thing. Anything around an inch or less is perfect. The bow shoots sweeter, and you know you've reduced the limb mass enough that your bow is not overbuilt.
