I am looking for someone in the Colorado Springs area who may be able to help me in getting started with flintknapping....I have very little experience and would appreciate any guidance.  Any info would be appreciated.

Wecome aboard. I'm new here on PA myself. Tell us here where your at with knapping. Are you working chert or glass ,obsidian ? What tools do you use ? this will help us to help you. With Questions. And do check out utube as Mentioned. Try not to get Caught up in all the fancy stuff. Keep your searches to basic techniques . Like platform preparation And angles. And your questions should yield good answers here. Glenm
