Here's a bow I made for the swap over on TradGang (thus the lack of particulars in case the recipient shows up here). It's a simple, effective, old-school hunk 'o hickory. It's based on an amalgamation of some eastern Woodland Indian influences, to include the general profile and scalloped edges. I tempered the belly and induced just over 1" of reflex. It holds about 3/4" at rest. It has purpleheart overlays, a leather handle wrap, floppy rest, and a D97 string with beaver silencers. A little stain that has been sanded on the edges and a frosted finish complete the package. This is made from a nice piece of hickory I had milled into some boards a good while ago. I sure hope my recipient likes it. I thought about dolling it up a good bit more, but I like the simplicity of it as is. It looks at home in the woods, and I hope it can make meat come this fall. Enjoy! (PS: I had a bear of a time getting a good, true full draw picture. This one isn't great, as it makes the outer third of the upper limb appear excessively flat.)
