Correct me if I'm wrong, but over time yew would become somewhat dry over time..? Are both woods even as far as the humidity factor is concerned..?

Bow101, I think what your asking is if I dried both pieces the same? Yes I dried them both in the same enviroment at the same rh. If you are asking about the resiliency of the wood taking on or losing moisture over time I cannon speak to that. I plan on sealing both well with poly and I always store my bows in a controlled environment.
