Looking for First Longbow
« on: December 13, 2012, 03:48:05 pm »
This is my first venture into archery, outside earning my merit badge in the Boy Scouts 25 years ago. I would like to find an affordable English style longbow. I would like something at least 72" long with a 45 to 60 lb pull. Wood type does not matter, as long as it performs well for a beginner.

If you have something, please contact me directly BrenMk1@gmail.com

Thanks and Happy Holidays!

Try making one. I'm sure everybody would be happy to help with advice and instructions.

The English Longbow is one of the easier designs to make for a first bow, too!
Guns have triggers. Bicycles have wheels. Trees and bows have wooden limbs.
